The Vibe

See what they are saying about LOGIC:
Below is an excerpt of a letter written by kindergarten parents in a letter written to the superintendent:

“Both (teachers) are piloting the Orton-Gillingham phonics program (prepublication LOGIC) this year, and the results are astonishing. Several weeks ago, my five year old son was able to read a grade 1 level book with relative ease. ... This program has propelled his understanding to unimaginable levels. He reads everything; wherever we are, whatever we are doing, and he has found great pride in his new abilities. ... I can only hope that the program is instituted, and continued in other grade levels, on a permanent basis."

The parents had also commented in the beginning of the letter that they were reluctant to send their child to school in the district after they had compared their state assessment results to other surrounding districts, but since the school district has implemented LOGIC, they are more than satisfied with the results they are seeing!

Happy New Year from LOGIC!

Welcome to our new blog where we will be posting product updates, introducing new products, sharing success stories, posting tips and answering questions. Please feel free to post your experiences with LOGIC and/or ask us a question.

New in January:
  • Progress monitoring passages are now complete for Phase I. Now you can assess your students with a new, 100% decodable text passage after every 6 lessons. This is a great way to informally monitor your students' growth or formally document progress.
